Strict Parenting

Usually centres are air conditioned but some centres do on the fan instead unless it’s nap time etc or if the temperature outside is too warm. Some parents do prefer open concept classroom as it’s more engaging in terms of learning. For nap time, if your child is in playgroup etc, everyone sleeps at default timing unless specially request by parents. If your child first time goes to school, definitely their immunity is building and they will fall sick easily etc it’s common and quite unavoidable. As for the ratio, we follow according to ECDA guidelines (pg 1:8 etc), more children = more teachers to assist. Teachers surely cannot calm everyone down at once and so it takes time because every child is different. A infant/preschool teacher here 🤩
